The MScMIB programme allocates sufficient resources to develop a variety of professional development activities, including company visits, field trips and management seminars. Specifically, it provides students with an opportunity to visit various industries in the Hong Kong and Mainland China and meet with respective senior management to widen their exposure and networking. And, seminars will be given by the top management of the host company and they will share with participants their managerial experience.

Moreover, the programme is developed to maximize students’ knowledge, skills and innovation by supporting students with whole-person and career development opportunities through professional networking activities. We aim to inspire and motivate students to advance their self-development and career success in today’s highly-competitive business environment. Furthermore, we believe that the programme can facilitates the exciting personal growth in Hong Kong through various self-development workshops (leadership, presentation skills, professional image building and etc.) and career counseling.
